Change is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
becoming overwhelmed by even the most minor tasks
your mind constantly racing with thoughts of everything that could go wrong
endlessly scrolling online to escape your worries
dragging yourself through the day, dreaming of crawling back into bed
procrastinating and scrambling to meet deadlines, no matter how much you try to plan ahead
adjusting to health issues and feeling overwhelmed or struggling with emotional distress
Can you relate to any of these?
Together, we can restore your hope and happiness.
Hi, I’m Kelly. I’m so glad you’re here.
I specialize in helping adults and older teens who are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, or health issues and are looking for a compassionate and experienced therapist to listen to their stories and support them. Through our work together, you can understand your struggles in a new way and find a different path forward.
Take a breath and let some of your worries go.
In therapy, we will focus on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and actions. By becoming more aware of your thoughts and feelings, you can break the cycle of negative patterns. We'll break down your problems into smaller, manageable pieces, set achievable goals, and use strategies tailored to your needs. Together, we'll discover what works best for you to create positive and lasting change.
You can get back to doing what you love most.
Therapy doesn’t just help you let go of the negative. It also enables you to reconnect with the positive things in your life. That may mean reconnecting with friends and making new ones, excelling in college, making those career moves you’ve been thinking about, finding a new hobby, or nurturing your spirituality. Whatever it is, we will focus on bringing joy back into your life.
Anxiety & Depression
Become active again by learning to challenge the negative thinking that comes along with depression.
Stop avoiding things and learn to relax by challenging negative beliefs that lead to worry, anxiety, or specific fears such as social situations or heights.
ADHD
Thrive personally and professionally by learning practical tools to improve your organizational and problem-solving skills.
Navigate through your day more smoothly by learning how to manage your emotions so they don’t overwhelm you suddenly or intensely.
Health Issues
Feel more in control by learning tools to navigate the emotional aspects of your health journey.
Use your energy for what you care about most by learning to manage the stress that comes with cancer, stroke, and other chronic conditions.

Ask Your Questions. I will call you at the scheduled time. I’ll explain how I work and answer your questions. I will also ask you a few questions to ensure my experience and expertise fit your needs and goals.
Get to Work. If we think we’re a good fit for one another after talking by phone, we will schedule an intake session and get started. Scheduling is flexible, and I usually recommend meeting once per week or every other week at first to get some momentum going. The total number of sessions varies depending on your goals, and we will discuss that during one of our first few sessions so you will know what to expect.
Let’s work on lasting change so you can…
Feel Calm. Feel Joy. Feel Connected.
